Happy Birthday to our Little Bug!

I'm a little bit behind in posting...trying to catch up each night!

Last month, our sweet little boy turned two. I can't believe how quickly time has passed and how much our lives have changed since we brought our tiny little bundle of joy home. I never in a million years could have imagined how blessed our lives were about to become and how full of love our life is now that we are a family. Parker is such a sweet, caring, fun, outgoing, full of life little guy. How did we get so lucky?

To celebrate this big milestone we threw a Bug themed party. Parker was the life of the party and really enjoyed his new Buzz Lightyear Quad and bounce house. He even learned how to sing Happy Birthday to himself. He is full of constant energy and just seems to love life!! Happy Birthday to our Little Bug- Mommy & Daddy love you!

My parent's new digs...not too shabby!

Its done!! For the last year my parents have been building their dream home located at the Reserve on Lake Keowee. Finally they moved in and we got our first official visit on Easter weekend. How relaxing it was to wake up to watch the sunrise over the lake and to watch Parker explore EVERY inch of their new getaway. We had a great time and just loved being in their amazing home. As you can see my Mom didn't waste any time getting everything un-packed and into its proper place. We are so excited to have this beautiful place to visit. What a lucky family we are! Thank you Mama and Papa- we can't wait to make many more beautiful memories!

Hoppy Easter- 2011

It is so much fun to have my family so close by! We had a great Easter, spent in my parent's new home at the lake. So relaxing. Parker was too cute looking for his basket and then enjoying all his new loot and playing with the eggs. We also got all dressed up to enjoy Church at the Reserve Chapel ( where Parker was baptized) and then we took pictures on the great lawn.
